Milestone will provide credit enhancement as part of a partnership with Windsor Stevens for the development of The Proctor, a Class-A, eight-floor, 142-unit mixed-use development located in Atlanta’s West Midtown submarket. This midrise building will also contain 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Located adjacent to Georgia Tech, the property is strategically positioned to capitalize on the area’s forward growth, while providing residents access to diverse employment opportunities, best-in-class build quality, exceptional demographics, and unmatched local amenities.
