Milestone has teamed up with the Kelemen Company to recapitalize their position in 3 and 7 Irvine Corporate Park, 74,335 SF of multi-tenant office located in Irvine, CA. The Atrium recently underwent significant renovations improving the lobby and adding numerous amenities, thus building on the already outstanding amenities offered by the property.
