Milestone has teamed up with the Kelemen Company to recapitalize their position in 3 and 7 Irvine Corporate Park, 74,335 SF of multi-tenant office located in Irvine, CA. The Atrium recently underwent significant renovations improving the lobby and adding numerous amenities, thus building on the already outstanding amenities offered by the property.
Milestone CEO William Wells was quoted as saying, “We are excited to once again join forces with the Kelemen Company.
