Milestone Partners is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Shelter Homes and Oaktree to deliver 10 condo projects to the Seattle area over the next 18 months.

The portfolio’s 85 units will be delivered throughout 2021 and 2022 and the Shelter Home, Oaktree, Milestone partnership expects to capitalize more development projects going forward.
