Milestone has formed a new partnership with the Kelemen Company to recapitalize their position in The Atrium, a 335,000 sqft class A office building located in Irvine, CA. The Atrium recently underwent significant renovations improving the lobby and adding numerous amenities, thus building on the already outstanding amenities offered by the property.
Milestone CEO William Wells was quoted as saying, “We are thrilled to join forces with the Kelemen Company. They have done an outstanding job repositioning the asset and we are confident that quality assets managed by top tier firms like Kelemen will remain highly desirable during and after these tumultuous times.”

The Atrium recently completed significant renovations and remains nearly fully occupied.
