Milestone Partners is proud to announce the addition of Matthew Tortorello to its internship program.
Mr. Tortorello is a second-year MBA student at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He spent his summer intersnhip at Goodman, the second-largest industrial REIT in the world, where he underwrote and conducted due diligence on development and value-add acquisitions. Prior to business school, Mr. Torotorello lived in New York City where he was a member of Kroll Bond Rating Agency’s real estate group. There he led credit analysis on commercial mortgage securitizations for institutional investment management clients. His work involved performing property and market analysis on properties of all major types throughout most regions of the U.S. Earlier, he worked at the Vanguard Group advising clients on investment portfolio strategies. Mr. Tortorello received his bachelor’s degree in business from Biola University and is a CFA charter holder. While at Milestone, he hopes to build on his existing experience in real estate finance so that he might eventually achieve his long term goal of becoming an investor in transformational real estate projects. Mr. Tortorello was raised in Arizona. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing guitar, cooking, and cross-functional weight training.
