Milestone CEO William Wells will serve as one of several “celebrity judges” for a graduate competition entitled, Coming to Terms: Negotiating Real Estate Joint Ventures, featuring MBA, MSRED, and Planning students from Columbia, MIT, and NYU. The competition, hosted at Columbia University’s Uris Hall, gives graduate students the unique opportunity to engage in a realistic simulated Joint Venture negotiation to sharpen their skills in preparation for their role as the future leaders of the built environment.
William Wells said, “It is a privilege to give back to both MIT and the broader real estate community through opportunities like this that provide highly focused intense skilled mentorship. I was particularly honored to be a member of a such a strong real estate panel.”
Milestone will continue to offer its support to programs that guide the world’s forthcoming real estate leaders through events like the Coming to Terms competition as well as its own ongoing Leadership Development Program.
