La Terra and Milestone Partners have joined forces to develop a boutique 28 unit multifamily project located in the city of La Mirada. The project, already under construction, will provide residents with co-working spaces, lounge areas, a gym, clubhouse, and a large 3000+ square foot deck complete with fire-pits, designated BBQ areas, sunbathing stations, and outdoor dining options.
Milestone managing director, Kristin Panehal, who Mr. Wells credited with the origination and execution of Milestone’s investment, said, “We are pleased to partner up with LaTerra Development, a well-established Southern California developer, to construct a boutique multifamily project in La Mirada. The project will be a well located little ‘gem’ in the City of La Mirada offering great access to employment centers in LA and Orange County.”
When asked to comment on the project Milestone CEO William Wells said, “I did my undergraduate work in La Mirada at Biola University, so this project is near and dear to my heart. Having lived in La Mirada for many years, and on two separate occasions, and as a still active member of the Biola community I am thrilled to have an opportunity to be part of a project that will highlight and enhance a wonderful city that has been such an important part of my life.”
When asked about LaTerra Mr. Wells went on to say, “We are extremely excited about our new partnership with LaTerra. Their proven track record of creating outstanding communities makes them an ideal partner for the Milestone Platform.”
The project is slated for completion in September 2020 and will provide a much needed influx of new housing in the La Mirada area.
