Milestone Partners is pleased to announce a new venture with Badiee Development to develop Carlsbad Innovate, a 50,000+ square feet multi-tenant industrial project located in Carlsbad, CA. The project, already more than halfway through construction, will offer industrial suites ranging from 5,600 – 8,450 square feet along with 126 parking stalls and sweeping terrace views.
William Wells, CEO of Milestone Partners, expressed his optimism for the project, “Carlsbad is one of the most beautiful and desirable cities in Southern California and this project helps meet the tremendous demand for high quality industrial product in Carlsbad. Milestone is long on industrial product and we are thrilled to begin a partnership with Badiee, who we see as one of the best industrial developers in the region.”

Calrsbad Innovate is currently under construction and expects to receive its Certificate of Occupancy in the first quarter of 2020.
