Milestone Partners is proud to announce the addition of Chloe H. Park to its Leadership Development Program.
Before Milestone, Ms. Park worked at Lighthouse Advisory Services as an Underwriting Analyst. She was primarily responsible for underwriting commercial real estate financing solutions across various asset types, asset classes, and geographies on behalf of clients including debt funds, mortgage REITs, and investment bank’s credit facilities and has underwritten over 100 properties with a cumulative deal volume of over $ 2 billion. She was also heavily involved in commercial real estate securitization, both CBMS and CLOs, advising bookrunners in due diligence and underwriting and has worked on 19 offerings (approximately $12 billion in collateralized interest).
Ms. Park is a graduate of Columbia University’s Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) program. While at Columbia, she was a Graduate Intern at the Praedium Group, a New York based private equity firm. Ms. Park assisted in various aspect with launching Praedium Group’s Fund X and relevant associated trasks including underwriting, portfolio management, and capital raising. Prior to Columbia , Ms. Park worked as a Project Manage at Six Sigma NYC, a boutique condo developer based in New York City, where she spearheaded delivering three condo developments in Manhattan. Prior to Six Sigma NYC, Mr. Park obtained a Master’s in Architecture I degree from Harvard University. Ms. Park began her commercial real estate career at Deloitte Korea, where she assisted cross-boarder transactions for Korean institutional investors investing outbound.
Mr. Park was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. She holds an undergraduate degree from Yonsei University, where she double-majored in Architectural Engineering and Housing and minored in Business Administration. She spent part of her childhood in Frankfurt, Germany.
While at Milestone, Ms. Park hopes to further sharpen her investment acumen by gaining further exposure to complex opportunistic private equity developments.
