Milestone is pleased to announce the addition of Kristin Panehal to its team as Managing Director.

Kristin joins Milestone Partners as a well established executive in the real estate industry bringing a diverse background where she has previously been involved with executive leadership, structured finance, development, and portfolio/asset management. She spent a large portion of her career placing institutional capital in value add and opportunistic investments on behalf of Buchanan Street Partners institutional real estate funds. At Buchanan she oversaw a $2 billion portfolio of office, retail, industrial and multifamily investments as well as directly sourcing, underwriting and closing approximately $600 million in assets. In addition to her background at Buchanan she focused on identifying and maintaining meaningful relationships with Institutional capital providers for the capitalization of Greystar’s $1.5B development pipeline and Bridge Investment Group’s office acquisitions for their start up office platform and multifamily development. She started her career at Donahue Schriber and Tishman Speyer Properties. Ms. Panehal holds a BS degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and an MS in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Real Estate.
