Fortress Ventures and Milestone Partners have partnered together to build a fully permitted and approved 140 unit, 122,000 sqft senior housing facility to be named Keystone at Four Mile Cove. The senior housing project will be located in the Fort Meyer suburb of Cape Coral, Florida and will offer a mix of senior living, assisted living, and memory care services. The property will be managed by Keystone Senior Living, a well regarded class-A senior housing operator with significant experience in Florida. Deangelis Diamond, a well known Florida general contractor, will serve as the GC.

Construction on the project will begin in November 2017 with Certificate of Occupancy expected in April 2019.
